I recently purchased an investment property in Corpus Christi that had a relatively new roof but lacked a WPI-8 certificate--I fully expected I needed to replace the roof. I contacted Lighthouse Roofing--to my surprise, their first move was to approach an engineer and see if the roof could get certified in order to save me the cost on re-roofing the property. Once confirmed we would have to reroof it, the Lighthouse team was fast in providing estimates, performing the work with exceptional workmanship, and used fantastic material and roofing system to complete the work. Additionally, they worked with the engineer to get the WPI-8 certificate we needed quickly to insure the property. I could not have been more happy with the Paul and Lighthouse team--professional, great communication, and great work--5 star Pros--absolute rock stars!

He never tried to upsell or push higher priced materials like some other businesses will do. He showed us 3 options from good to best and let us make the choice. He kept in contact from the start and was always willing to answer any questions we had or explain why something needed to be done a certain way. They were able to complete the job in one day except for an issue with the ridge caps (they were sent/delivered the wrong color/style). The next morning they had the new ridge caps and installed them in no time. You know how as the home owner you normally have to cleanup after someone works around your house? Not with Paul(lighthouse) his guys cleaned up everything just like it was before they showed up, if not even cleaner. This company takes pride in their work which is hard to find in today’s world.

Right after, we had a week of heavy rainfall, so covering it was very beneficial. After the heavy rains, he came by to install the chimney cap and chase, also repaired damaged stucco (probably caused by birds). After a recent rain event, my fireplace was leak free. I highly recommend Lighthouse Roofing & Exteriors LLC, for chimney repairs, this area is limited for this service, and will use them for roof repairs in the future.
